This page explains how the TitanMC website uses data and browser storage. For a question about your information, contact the team through the official support page. The Minecraft server, Discord and the Tebex store are separate services with their own data handling.
Browsing and essential storage
You do not need a staff account to read the public website. During maintenance, an access cookie remembers a successful website password check for up to 24 hours. It does not grant staff access. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies to keep an approved session.
The site temporarily caches the public Minecraft and Discord counts in your browser session to reduce repeated requests. Clearing browser storage removes these cached counts and any remembered access.
Staff accounts and site security
Approved staff accounts use an email address, name and role. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. The site records content revisions and administrative actions so changes can be reviewed and restored. Resend delivers requested password-recovery messages.
Security controls use short-lived, hashed identifiers to limit repeated login and password requests. Hosting and service providers may process technical request information, including network addresses, to deliver and protect their services. Passwords and recovery tokens are not included in website analytics.
External services
Public server counts are requested from mcsrvstat.us and Discord. Staff skins load from MCHeads using the displayed Minecraft username. These services receive the network information needed to answer your browser's request. An announcement video loads YouTube only when you choose to play it. Following a store, Discord or voting link opens that provider's website.
Traffic reporting
The public titanmc.gg website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, successful server-address copies, and clicks on joining, Discord, store and voting links. Analytics loads automatically on public pages without a popup. These clicks show interest; they do not prove a player joined or made a purchase.
Analytics is disabled while the website is password-locked, on staff and recovery pages, and on development and review addresses. Our reporting does not send account details, copied server addresses, search text or URL query strings. Google processes technical browser and network information to provide its service. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days and can be refreshed by later visits. Any still-valid refusal saved through the previous analytics interface remains respected for the rest of its original six-month period. Your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker can prevent Google Analytics from loading. Staff sign-in and maintenance access work independently of analytics.
Your choices and questions
You can clear this site's cookies and storage in your browser. Doing so signs you out and removes remembered maintenance access. If you need help with account information or a privacy request, contact TitanMC staff through the official Discord. Share sensitive details only in a private staff ticket.
