TitanMC is a classic prison server on Minecraft 1.21.8 and up, remade from the original TitanMC run by a popular Minecraft YouTuber. Everything on the server is custom coded: the ranks, economy, pickaxes, gangs, dungeons, events and more. This page gives you the full picture of what there is to do and where to read more about each part.

The server runs on 1.21.8 and up. Bedrock players need to link their account with /discordlink to use every feature. Full steps are on the How to Join page.

Ranks and Progression

You start in E Ward on rank E4 and work your way up through five wards: E, D, C, B and A. Each ward has four ranks, counting down from 4 to 1, so the ladder goes E4, E3, E2, E1, D4 and so on up to A1. You rank up at the warden with money you make from mining and selling.

Every rank in a ward unlocks something:

  • Rank 4 (the first rank of a ward) opens that ward’s mine
  • Rank 3 lets you rent a cell in that ward
  • Rank 2 gives you a speed boost
  • Rank 1 gives you haste

Once you reach A1 you can prestige, which resets you to E4 for a prestige reward and access to prestige content. After Prestige 20 you can rebirth. Players at Rebirth 9, Prestige 20 and A1 can buy the final rank, FREEDOM. The full details are on the Ranks, Prestige & Rebirth page.

Mining and Custom Tools

Each ward has its own mine, and there are separate mines for donors and prestige players, plus wood mines for the Lumberjack Axe. Mining is your main source of money, and it also passively earns you Tokens and a small amount of Titan Points.

Custom pickaxes give your mining an ability, like smelting ores as you mine them, turning ores into blocks, blowing up the area around you, or turning everything into gold. Most of them level up as you use them and can be upgraded from Base to Classic to Mastered. See Custom Pickaxes and Other Custom Tools.

Custom enchant books can be dragged onto your gear for extra effects, and wearing a full set of Diamond or Netherite armor gives you Speed III and Strength II. Damaged gear can be fully repaired at Repair Stations once you reach Prestige 1.

Economy

Money is the main currency. You earn it by mining and selling, fishing, doing quests and winning events, and you spend it on rankups, prestiges and tool upgrades. On top of money there are three other currencies:

  • Tokens: earned from mining, spent in /tokenshop on dungeon entry, Titan Crate keys, and KoTH or Envoy starters
  • Tickets: used for enchanting, Commissary passes, and can be exchanged for Tokens
  • Titan Points: the premium currency from the store, used in /titanshop for ranks, custom pickaxes, boosters and crate keys

Players trade through chest shops in their cells, the Auction House where expired cell contents are sold, Coin Flip bets with /cf, and the Secret Shop for those with a pass.

PvP and Combat

PvP uses 1.8-style combat and is only on in the PvP zones. King of the Hill and Envoys run in /warp pvp and give crate keys and loot to whoever fights for them. Gangs fight over outposts there for potion effects, and the Purge super event turns PvP on across spawn. For organised fights, Duels lets you fight 1v1 or gang vs gang with your own items or a server kit, with optional money bets.

Gangs

Gangs are player teams that level up together. Leveling your gang raises its member limit and unlocks perks for everyone, like bonus XP, a private gang area, the Black Market, and money back when you prestige. Gangs earn points from PvP kills, outposts, KoTH and gang events, and compete on weekly and monthly leaderboards for rewards. A random gang event like Gang War or Supply Drop runs every 30 minutes. Dungeons

Dungeons are wave fights you can do solo or with a group. Fight through 4 waves of mobs and a final boss, and every player who finishes gets 3 rewards. Entry costs Tokens. See the Dungeons page.

Quests and BattlePass

Quest NPCs around every ward hand out daily quests, and every donor rank has its own longer quest. Prestige players unlock prestige quests at Prestige 10 and 20. The BattlePass gives daily and weekly tasks with a free and a premium reward track. See Titan Quests and BattlePass.

Fishing

Fishing is a full alternative to mining. Fish in the ponds at /warp fish to catch custom fish you can sell, level your fishing up to 100, and use custom rods that give you crate keys, Tokens, Tickets or Titan Points. See the Fishing page.

Crops can be grown on podzol inside your own cell and used for their effects or sold. See the Crops page.

Events

Super events run every 3 hours: Mine Party, Fish Party, Miner, Fishing Event, 2x Drops, Prestige Frenzy and the Purge. Global booster events give double money, XP and Tokens. See Server Events.
