A walkthrough of your first steps on TitanMC: the tutorial, finding your way around spawn, your first mine, your first rankup and the commands you’ll use every day.

The Tutorial

New players start in the tutorial area. The tutorial walks you through the basics one task at a time, with an arrow pointing you to where you need to go next:

  1. Mine your quota of deepslate.
  2. Enchant your iron pickaxe at the enchanter.
  3. Sell your blocks at the E Ward shop.
  4. Visit the cell area.
  5. Open /guide.

During the tutorial you’re given an iron pickaxe, 25 fragments, 200 Tokens and 10 EXP to get you going. Chat and most commands are locked until you finish. If you leave partway through, the tutorial starts again from the beginning next time.

Finding Your Way Around Spawn

  • When you’re done, walk into the nether portal to go to spawn, or type /spawn.
  • To get to the mine, walk straight out and to the left until you see the E on top of the wall. That’s E Ward.
  • Keep going straight and you’ll pass the player cells.
  • Keep going until you see the big “mine” sign. Follow that path to reach the E Ward mine.

Ranking Up

Click the warden in front of the spawn point, just outside the door, to rank up. You can also type /ranks to see the full rank list and what each rank costs.

You start at E4. Every rankup costs money, which you get by mining and selling your blocks. See Ranks, Prestige & Rebirth for what each rank unlocks.

Your First Cell

You can rent a cell once you’re on a 3, 2 or 1 rank, like E3 or D2. You can’t rent one on a 4 rank (E4, D4, B4 and so on). Cells give you somewhere to store items, build and set up chest shops. See Cells & Plots.

Other Ways to Progress

  • Check your BattlePass for daily and weekly tasks and rewards.
  • Talk to the quest NPCs in your ward for daily quests. See Titan Quests.
  • Go to /exp to farm mobs for EXP.
  • Go to /fish to fish. See Fishing.
  • Vote every day with /vote for free Vote keys.
  • Type /donate to see the perks of the donor ranks. Donors can also ride a horse around spawn to get around faster.
