Getting Support

  1. Join the TitanMC Discord.
  2. Go to the #tickets channel.
  3. Choose the category that fits your problem.
  4. Wait for a staff member to respond in your ticket.

Use a ticket for anything you need staff for: bug reports, appeals, store issues, lost items, or a Review ID from the Secret Shop.
