Found a bug? Report it through a ticket in our Discord. Exploiting a bug instead of reporting it is against the rules.

Reporting a Bug

  1. Join the TitanMC Discord.
  2. Go to the #ticket channel.
  3. Pick the category and choose “Bug Report”.
  4. Fill in every field so staff can find and fix it.

What to Include

  • Your in-game name
  • Your platform (Java or Bedrock)
  • Your Minecraft version
  • Which server it happened on (OG Prison or Modern Prison)
  • A detailed description of the bug: what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. Screenshots or videos help a lot.
