Fishing has been rebuilt from the ground up. Every pond pays, leveling actually moves, and there is a real endgame now with Fishing Rebirth, private Rebirth Ponds, fish quality, bait and tackle, and the new Titan Fishing Rod. Head to /warp fish to get started.

Fishing Rebirth

Once you hit Fishing Level 100, type /fishing rebirth to see exactly what you get, then /fishing rebirth confirm to do it. A rebirth costs $250,000,000 and sends you back to Level 1. Tier 2 to 5 ponds lock again and reopen at Levels 20, 40, 60 and 80 as you climb back up. There are 5 rebirths in total, and everything you earn from them is permanent:

Rebirth 1 (Angler): +10% fish sell price, +10% fishing XP

Rebirth 2 (Seafarer): +20% sell price, +20% XP

Rebirth 3 (Tidecaller): +35% sell price, +30% XP

Rebirth 4 (Leviathan): +50% sell price, +40% XP

Rebirth 5 (Poseidon): +75% sell price, +50% XP

Every rebirth also pays out Titan Keys, unlocks its own private Rebirth Pond, and turns your fishing tag in chat gold, getting brighter with each rebirth. Your rebirth sell bonus is added automatically every time you /fishsell.

Rebirth Ponds

Each rebirth unlocks its own pond that only players at that rebirth or higher can enter. The fish in them are worth far more than anything in the normal tiers, from $20,000 up to $110,000 per fish before quality, and they have the best odds in the game for Insane Drops, vouchers, flares and boosters. Rebirth Ponds 1 to 4 are open now, and Rebirth Pond 5 is on its way.

Fish Quality

Every fish you catch now rolls a quality, shown by the colour of its name:

Normal: 1x value

Iron (gray): 1.25x value

Gold (gold): 1.5x value

Obsidian (purple): 2x value

Higher ponds roll better quality. In Tier 1 the Obsidian chance is 0.2%, by Tier 5 it is 3%, and the Rebirth Ponds go even higher. Every fish list hologram shows the exact odds for that pond.

XP That Scales

Each pond tier now multiplies your fishing XP, from 3x in Tier 1 up to 13x in Tier 5. The higher you fish, the faster you level, so the climb to 100 is finally realistic.

Everything Sells

Every catch from Tier 1 to Tier 5 now sells with /fishsell. Kelp, coral, clay and glow ink were added as fillers, and higher ponds now drop ore, mineral and block vouchers, Fishing XP boosters and Titan Apples. The Enchanted Golden Apple drops have been replaced with Titan Apples.

Insane Drops

Tier 5 and the Rebirth Ponds can pull up items you will not find anywhere else on the server: Netherite Ingots, KOTH Flares, Titan Flares, the Relic music disc, Froglights and Sand.

Bait and Tackle

The new fishing shop is at /fishshop. Shift + Right-click your rod (or type /fishing rod) to open the rod menu. Bait goes in the left slot and stays loaded on that rod, a tackle goes in the right slot.

Worm: more fish

Maggot: more treasure

Insect: double the chance of Iron, Gold and Obsidian fish

Double Hook: 12% chance to catch 2 items at once, lasts 250 catches

Shiny Golden Nuggets: 2.5x treasure instead of fish, lasts 250 catches

Chum Bobber: drop it in the tackle slot or right-click it at a pond to start a 3 minute feeding frenzy, with 60% faster bites for everyone fishing near you

One bait is used per catch. Swapping a tackle gives your old one back with its remaining uses. Bait and tackles also drop from the ponds.

Titan Fishing Rod

The Titan Fishing Rod is now in the Titan Shop. It is unbreakable and stays with you when you die, so you can take it anywhere without risk. Every catch can trigger one of its abilities, and they get stronger as your fishing level goes up:

Swiftcaster: 2x catch speed for 20 seconds, permanent once you reach Level 50

Ticket and Token rolls on every catch

Lightning: up to 10x your catch

Crate keys: Vote, Fish, Decor, Prestige and KOTH

Rod Buffs

The Ticket, Token, Crate, Lightning and Titan Rods have all been buffed, and the Lightning Rod now doubles whatever you actually caught instead of giving random fish.
